Reasons why I smile...

Sometimes, pictures are better than words.

My lovely scottish man, Wullie! Although we look old -- Wullie is only one year old and I am just about to hit three months (in transplant years!)

The last two weekends,
I've been able to lay in the sun,
on the beach with friends...it's been amazing.

Red sox... 'nough said :)

Fenway...

baseball and jane!

My partner in crime,
and the green monstah...

The girls!

College roomates..

My sweetest, loves.

and my other half... me and Jen!

These beautiful people are keeping me busy and smiling wide.
Hope all of YOU beautiful people are doing well.

Tons of Love,

B

But... But... You're a Philly Girl! No Fenway Park in Sox garb! Yo, you're breakin my heart ;)

Now that I got the prerequisite Philly ribbing out of the way, I'm so happy that you're getting back to "normal", even in Boston. So proud of you!

And what about those who are so beautiful they can't be caught on film? Is this because I'm one year and nine months older than you? ;)

Love ya gal!

I am so happy to see your smile in all those pictures.

I am also glad to see that you are ending this chapter in your life and with it, the blog. But before you do that, I want to thank you for this blog.

By reading this blog and everything in it, you have taught me many things. You have shared your inner most feelings and put them to the most beautiful words. Your outlook on life is amazing.

You have taught me to enjoy the little moments, to feel blessed to see another day. I look at my children differently because of you and I enjoy those precious moments that I get from them daily even more.

I appreciate my life more because of you and I can't thank you enough for that. Your courage and your beautiful insights during such a difficult fight really touched me and I wish you the most amazing life, full of love and happiness.

May our paths cross again while we make life a little bit better for the students we touch.

Fare the well.
Melanie
