Somehow, it happened. It's surreal, I haven't actually digested it yet.
But, somehow my scans continue to be clean.
This will be my first birthday since I was twenty one (turning twenty seven in two weeks)
that I will be cancer free.
Life is amazing.

I don't know you personally of course but you give me so much hope. I'm so happy you are in continued remission.
So wonderful Bek! You deserve this miracle. I can't imagine what it's like living from scan to scan and continuing to pray each one is clean.... but I do know it must be breathtaking to get such wonderful results.

I am so happy - two scans in a row which are NED (no evidence of disease) is the best possible news. Now, perhaps it is time to add to your happiness list. Not necessarily the traditional Chinese 5 happinesses (health, wealth, peace, virtue, honor) but the 4 contemporary happinesses - good health, good place to live, good work, and good companionship. May they be yours!
